Recommended Usage for CBD Oil:

Use  2 to 3 times daily underneath Tongue, or as needed. 

⦁ 0.5-5mg CBD per 10 pounds of body weight twice daily or as needed
⦁ Start low and slowly increase the dose every 4-7 days
⦁ Higher doses of CBD may be beneficial in certain circumstances
